A storefront that promises a delivery date it cannot keep is an application problem, not only an operations problem. We trace available-to-sell from the warehouse or 3PL feed through reservation at checkout to the pick list that actually leaves the dock.
Typical findings include stock still offered after a reservation, split shipments that the buyer was not shown, and locations that the storefront treats as one pool. We work from live orders in the period you name, including cancellations and short-picks.
You receive a map of how stock figures move, a schedule of oversell and delay cases, and tests to run before the next inbound or marketplace listing wave. Additional warehouses or marketplace channels are quoted separately.
