What the shelf shows
Catalog, price, and promotion integrity
A structured check that the price, stock flag, and campaign a buyer sees is the same rule the order engine later applies.
E-commerce applications fail quietly when a price list, a campaign calendar, or a ‘from’ price is wrong on the page the buyer trusts. This review samples live SKUs and live campaigns and reconstructs the rule that produced the number on the product page, in the cart, and on the invoice.
We agree a materiality threshold with you at scoping — usually a mix of high-velocity SKUs, high-margin SKUs, and anything currently on promotion. Breaks are dated to the campaign or feed that introduced them, not only to the week we visited.
The deliverable is a price-and-promotion log your merchandising team can keep, plus a list of rules that still fire after their stated end date. It is not a replatforming project and it is not catalogue photography.
