Terms
Using this website is not an engagement.
These terms apply to endpointmesh-hub.digital. Work on a storefront is governed by a scoping note and an engagement letter signed by both sides.
Who we are
Endpoint Mesh Hub practises from Lot 20, Petaling Jaya, Selangor 46100, Malaysia. Contact: desk@endpointmesh-hub.digital, +60 3-78449484.
What this site is for
The pages describe independent audit of e-commerce applications. They are information. They are not an offer to the public, not a quotation, and not a booking. Fees shown are starting points in Malaysian ringgit and may change when we have seen the shop.
No professional relationship from a visit
Reading the site, sending the contact form, or accepting cookies does not create an auditor–client relationship. That relationship begins only when both sides have signed an engagement letter for a named storefront and period.
Accuracy
We take care with descriptions of our work. Storefronts, payment stacks, and fulfilment arrangements change. You should not rely on a page here as a complete picture of your own shop. Field notes are illustrations from past walks, with names withheld.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping that impairs the host, no attempt to submit malware through the form, and no representation that you speak for Endpoint Mesh Hub. We may refuse or ignore messages that are abusive or that ask us to examine a shop you do not operate or advise.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, and the mark on this site belong to Endpoint Mesh Hub unless a credit says otherwise. Photographs are used under the licences of their public sources. You may quote a short passage with a link to the page. You may not copy engagement descriptions as if they were your own service list.
Liability
To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for loss arising only from use of this website, including reliance on a fee range or a field note. Liability for contracted fieldwork is set in the engagement letter for that work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Selangor have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the new text.
