When the cart total and the capture are not the same sale
A Klang Valley fashion shop was settling a different ringgit amount than the one the buyer confirmed. The storefront was not broken. The capture rule was older than the cart.

Promotions that still fire after the banner comes down
The homepage no longer mentioned the code. The cart still accepted it. Merchandising thought the campaign had ended on Sunday night.

Available-to-sell was a nightly file. Reservations were real-time. Between the two, a popular size stayed on the product page until the next morning.

Guest checkout is often a second shop you have not examined
Signed-in buyers saw a wallet, a saved address, and a fraud check. Guests saw a shorter form and a different shipping quote. Both were called ‘the storefront’.
