What we collect, and why it stays at the desk.
This note covers the website and messages sent to the practice. An engagement letter may add instructions for order files, captures, and warehouse records we receive during fieldwork.

Data from this website
If you write through the form we receive the name, work email, organisation, optional storefront name, and the message you type. The form posts to a static acknowledgement file on this host; it is not a live case-management system. We copy genuine enquiries into the practice mailbox and reply from desk@endpointmesh-hub.digital.
Server logs may record an IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use them to keep the host working, not to build marketing profiles.
Cookie preference
If you accept or reject the banner, a single value is stored in localStorage on your device under a key prefixed for this brand. That value is not sent to us. Details are on the cookie note.
Data from an engagement
Once a letter is signed we may receive order extracts, settlement files, stock movements, return scans, and names of your staff who join walkthroughs. We use that material only to perform the named examination and to write the findings letter. We do not use client order files to train a public model or to market to your buyers.
Legal basis and Malaysian law
We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 as it applies to a Malaysian commercial practice. Enquiry data is processed to take steps at your request toward a possible engagement. Engagement data is processed to perform the contract and to keep records we may need if a finding is later disputed.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with a professional adviser (for example a lawyer) if a dispute arises, or if Malaysian law requires it. Hosting of this static site is provided by our web host; they see technical logs, not your order files.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to two years, then deleted from the mailbox unless a legal hold applies. Engagement working papers are kept for seven years after the letter, which is our ordinary professional retention. You may ask us to delete enquiry data earlier; we will say if a legal duty prevents it.
Your requests
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for a correction, or object to use that is not required for a contract or the law. Write to desk@endpointmesh-hub.digital. We will respond within a reasonable time. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Commissioner in Malaysia.
Children
This site is for merchants and their advisers. We do not seek data from children.
