The desk

A small Selangor practice, organised around live shops.

Endpoint Mesh Hub is an independent firm. We are not a platform vendor, an agency that builds shops, or a payments reseller. Clients ask us to examine the e-commerce application that is already selling, then take a written view they can give to operations, finance, or a board.

Where the work sits

The office is at Lot 20, Petaling Jaya, Selangor 46100. Most engagements mix hours with the merchant’s operations and finance leads — often in the Klang Valley — with reading of order, capture, and stock files at the desk. We work in English. Bahasa Malaysia is used in the room when the shop’s buyer correspondence and warehouse notes are in Bahasa.

The registered name is longer than the work is fashionable. The practice today is audit of e-commerce applications: storefront, checkout, catalogue, inventory, and returns. We do not implement shops and we do not sell licences.

Who we accept

Merchants and marketplace sellers with a live storefront and a named period. Fashion, home, beauty, and specialty retail in the Klang Valley are the usual callers. We decline build work, media buying, and anything that would put us in a position to audit a shop we had designed.

Write with the storefront address, the payment stack if you know it, and the week you want walked. A scoping note follows if the work fits.

Who you will meet

Mei Ling Ong

Engagement lead

Mei Ling scopes the storefront, names the paths we will walk, and signs the findings letter. She spends more days on the shop floor and in the order file than in the Petaling Jaya office.

Hafiz Rahman

Checkout and capture

Hafiz reconstructs cart totals against authorisations and captures. He is the person who will ask for the settlement file from the week you care about, not a rebuilt demo order.

Siti Nur Aisyah

Catalogue and campaigns

Aisyah samples live SKUs and live promotions and dates the rule that produced the price a buyer saw. She previously merchandised a multi-brand shop in the Klang Valley.

Arjun Pillai

Stock and returns

Arjun traces available-to-sell, reservations, pick lists, and return scans. He plans the warehouse or 3PL days and keeps the request list current while orders are still moving.
